In new street additions, Salaiya fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Al Maymun built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Fria fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. Looking at the full network, Al Maymun and Fria both became progressively more disconnected, while Salaiya became progressively more disconnected. Salaiya and Al Maymun have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
