In new street additions, Raisen fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Surgut built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Wudi built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Raisen fluctuated in connectivity, while Surgut became progressively more disconnected and Wudi grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Raisen and Surgut have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
