In new street additions, Kollegal built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Balakot built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Er Roseires built increasingly connected streets over time. For the full network, Kollegal became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards, while Balakot became progressively more disconnected and Er Roseires became progressively more connected. Kollegal and Balakot have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
