In new street additions, Ilkal and Sodo both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Sancti Spiritus built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Ilkal and Sodo both fluctuated in connectivity, while Sancti Spiritus became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Ilkal had a more connected network than Sancti Spiritus in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
