In new street additions, Pehowa fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Phúc Yên built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Samitah built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Pehowa became progressively more disconnected, while Phúc Yên grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Samitah became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Pehowa had a more connected network than Samitah in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
