While Chifeng and Cabinda both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, Panipat fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. For the full network, Panipat became progressively more disconnected, while Chifeng grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Cabinda grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Panipat and Chifeng have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
