What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Barara fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Norwalk built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Akakopé built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Barara and Norwalk both became progressively more disconnected, while Akakopé grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Barara had a more connected network than Norwalk in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
