What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Thangadh built increasingly connected streets over time, while Luzhai built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Kolomna built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Thangadh and Luzhai both became progressively more connected, while Kolomna became progressively more disconnected.
