The SNDi of new construction in Tilouthu peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Bihar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Tilouthu's incremental SNDi fell from 3.74 to 3.57 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Tilouthu and Goondpur both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Mustafakemalpaşa built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Tilouthu and Goondpur both became progressively more disconnected, while Mustafakemalpaşa fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Tilouthu had a more sprawly network than Goondpur in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
