The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Tilouthu plotted against Bihar and India. The SNDi of new construction in Tilouthu peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Bihar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Tilouthu's incremental SNDi fell from 3.74 to 3.57 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Tilouthu and Goondpur both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Mustafakemalpaşa built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Tilouthu and Goondpur both became progressively more disconnected, while Mustafakemalpaşa fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Tilouthu had a more sprawly network than Goondpur in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
