The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Sirinagar plotted against Bihar and India. The SNDi of new construction in Sirinagar followed a zig-zag trend with an overall decrease, compared to Bihar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Sirinagar's incremental SNDi fell from 6.72 to 5.26 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Sirinagar fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Dungarpur built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Novocheboksarsk fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Sirinagar fluctuated in connectivity, while Dungarpur became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards and Novocheboksarsk became progressively more disconnected. Sirinagar and Dungarpur have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
