In new street additions, Saharsa built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Huế built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Vũng Tàu fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Saharsa and Vũng Tàu both became progressively more disconnected, while Huế grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Saharsa had a more sprawly network than Huế in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
