The SNDi of new construction in Sahar peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Bihar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Sahar and Villa Mercedes both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Nakonde fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. Looking at the full network, Villa Mercedes and Nakonde both became progressively more disconnected, while Sahar grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved.
