The SNDi of new construction in Roh followed a zig-zag trend, compared to Bihar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In terms of the aggregate network, Roh ranked 6th out of 264 cities in Bihar and 54th out of 1868 in India as of 2020.

In new street additions, Roh fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Wołomin built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Zaranj built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Roh fluctuated in connectivity, while Wołomin became progressively more disconnected and Zaranj became progressively more connected.
