The SNDi of new construction in Rajauli followed a zig-zag trend with an overall decrease, compared to Bihar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Rajauli's incremental SNDi fell from 3.44 to -0.33 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Rajauli fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Julābditola built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Tafawa-Balewa fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Rajauli became progressively more connected, while Julābditola became progressively more disconnected and Tafawa-Balewa fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Rajauli had a more sprawly network than Julābditola in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
