The SNDi of new construction in Mansurchak peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Bihar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Mansurchak built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Dera Ismail Khan fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Massawa built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Mansurchak became progressively more disconnected, while Dera Ismail Khan fluctuated in connectivity and Massawa became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Mansurchak had a more connected network than Massawa in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
