What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Harsidhi and Sar-e Pol both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Yala fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Harsidhi grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Sar-e Pol grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Yala became progressively more disconnected. Harsidhi and Sar-e Pol have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
