The SNDi of new construction in Barari was at its lowest in 1991-2005, compared to Bihar which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Barari's incremental SNDi rose from 4.55 to 5.14 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Barari built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Shuzi fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Wadi Ad Dawasir built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Barari became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards, while Shuzi became progressively more disconnected and Wadi Ad Dawasir grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Barari had a more sprawly network than Shuzi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
