In new street additions, Zakiganj fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Madhepura fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Lexington built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Looking at the full network, Madhepura and Lexington both became progressively more disconnected, while Zakiganj fluctuated in connectivity.
