The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Rangia plotted against Assam and India. The SNDi of new construction in Rangia rose steadily, compared to Assam which rose steadily and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Rangia's incremental SNDi rose from 6.03 to 6.93 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Rangia ranked 46th out of 67 cities in Assam and 1502nd out of 1868 in India as of 2020.

In new street additions, Rangia and Kudra both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while La Dorada fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full street network, though, all three cities follow the same trend. Rangia and La Dorada have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
