In new street additions, Nazira fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Iwaki fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Ninghua built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Nazira became progressively more connected, while Iwaki became progressively more disconnected and Ninghua grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Nazira and Ninghua have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
