In new street additions, Mangaldoi built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Otun built increasingly disconnected streets over time and 길주읍 fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Mangaldoi and Otun both became progressively more disconnected, while 길주읍 fluctuated in connectivity. Mangaldoi and 길주읍 have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
