The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Palakollu plotted against Andhra Pradesh and India. The SNDi of new construction in Palakollu rose steadily, compared to Andhra Pradesh which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and India which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Palakollu and Mejia both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Qinghe fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Palakollu and Mejia both became progressively more disconnected, while Qinghe fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Palakollu had a more connected network than Qinghe in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
