In new street additions, Mamou built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Um Dukhan fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Mikhaylovsk fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Mamou became progressively more disconnected, while Um Dukhan fluctuated in connectivity and Mikhaylovsk became progressively more connected. Notably, Mamou had a more connected network than Mikhaylovsk in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
