The SNDi of new construction in Ho was at its lowest in 1991-2005, compared to Volta which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Ghana which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Ho's incremental SNDi rose from 3.93 to 4.78 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Ho ranked 3rd out of 6 cities in Volta and 34th out of 53 in Ghana as of 2020.

In new street additions, Ho built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Sahjanwa built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Subang built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Ho became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards, while Sahjanwa grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Subang became progressively more disconnected. Ho and Sahjanwa have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
