In new street additions, Minden built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Huzhu built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Santa Rosa built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Minden and Santa Rosa both became progressively more disconnected, while Huzhu grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Minden had a more connected network than Huzhu in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
