In new street additions, Hagen and Kebonan both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Gong'an built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Hagen and Kebonan both became progressively more disconnected, while Gong'an grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Hagen and Gong'an have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
