The SNDi of new construction in Aix-en-Provence rose steadily, compared to Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur which peaked in 1991-2005 and France which peaked in 1991-2005. Most recently, Aix-en-Provence's incremental SNDi rose from 6.49 to 6.55 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020.
