The SNDi of new construction in Arras rose steadily, compared to Hauts-de-France which peaked in 1991-2005 and France which peaked in 1991-2005. In new street additions, Arras built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Daugavpils built increasingly connected streets over time and Hisua fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Arras became progressively more disconnected, while Daugavpils became progressively more connected and Hisua became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Arras and Daugavpils have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
