The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Dilla plotted against Southern Nations, Nationalities and Ethiopia. The SNDi of new construction in Dilla rose steadily, compared to Southern Nations, Nationalities which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Ethiopia which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Dilla's incremental SNDi rose from 1.54 to 2.75 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Dilla ranked 4th out of 39 cities in Southern Nations, Nationalities and 18th out of 181 in Ethiopia as of 2020.
