In new street additions, Zacatecoluca built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Komani built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Esfarayen built increasingly connected streets over time. For the full network, Zacatecoluca and Komani both became progressively more disconnected, while Esfarayen became progressively more connected. Notably, Zacatecoluca had a more connected network than Esfarayen in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
