The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Tima plotted against Suhaj and Egypt. The SNDi of new construction in Tima followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Suhaj which peaked in 1991-2005 and Egypt which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Tima's incremental SNDi fell from 4.65 to 4.36 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Tima ranked 2nd out of 13 cities in Suhaj and 146th out of 213 in Egypt as of 2020.

While Bule Hora and Haining both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, Tima fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. Looking at the full network, Bule Hora and Haining both became progressively more disconnected, while Tima became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Notably, Tima had a more sprawly network than Haining in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
