The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Salehia plotted against Ash Sharqiyah and Egypt. The SNDi of new construction in Salehia rose steadily, compared to Ash Sharqiyah which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Egypt which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Salehia's incremental SNDi rose from 4.14 to 4.66 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Salehia ranked 24th out of 28 cities in Ash Sharqiyah and 110th out of 213 in Egypt as of 2020.

Salehia and Coronel Fabriciano have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
