The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Mansuriya plotted against Al Jizah and Egypt. The SNDi of new construction in Mansuriya was at its lowest in 1991-2005, compared to Al Jizah which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Egypt which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Mansuriya's incremental SNDi rose from 3.46 to 3.72 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Mansuriya ranked 5th out of 8 cities in Al Jizah and 140th out of 213 in Egypt as of 2020.

In new street additions, Mansuriya built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Udung Uko built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Floriano built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Udung Uko and Floriano both became progressively more disconnected, while Mansuriya became progressively more connected. Mansuriya and Udung Uko have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
