The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Sinnuris plotted against Al Fayyum and Egypt. The SNDi of new construction in Sinnuris rose steadily, compared to Al Fayyum which peaked in 1976-1990 and Egypt which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Sinnuris's incremental SNDi rose from 4.8 to 6.53 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Sinnuris ranked 9th out of 13 cities in Al Fayyum and 156th out of 213 in Egypt as of 2020.

In new street additions, Sinnuris built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Chichawatni fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Feicheng built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Sinnuris and Chichawatni both became progressively more disconnected, while Feicheng grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Sinnuris and Feicheng have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
