The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Jamasa plotted against Ad Daqahliyah and Egypt. The SNDi of new construction in Jamasa rose steadily, compared to Ad Daqahliyah which peaked in 1991-2005 and Egypt which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Jamasa's incremental SNDi rose from 1.58 to 1.95 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Jamasa ranked 1st out of 22 cities in Ad Daqahliyah and 2nd out of 213 in Egypt as of 2020.

In new street additions, Jamasa and Krishnarajanagara both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Hala built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Jamasa became progressively more disconnected, while Krishnarajanagara grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Hala became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Jamasa and Krishnarajanagara have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
