The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Idiofa plotted against Kwilu and Democratic Republic of the Congo. The SNDi of new construction in Idiofa peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Kwilu which peaked in 1991-2005 and Democratic Republic of the Congo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Idiofa's incremental SNDi fell from 3.87 to 3.66 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Idiofa ranked 5th out of 7 cities in Kwilu and 58th out of 186 in Democratic Republic of the Congo as of 2020.

In new street additions, Idiofa built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Kothagudem fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Seohara built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Idiofa and Kothagudem both became progressively more disconnected, while Seohara grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Idiofa and Kothagudem have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
