The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Luozi plotted against Kongo-Central and Democratic Republic of the Congo. While Kongo-Central and Democratic Republic of the Congo both followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, Luozi's new street additions followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Luozi's incremental SNDi rose from 2.11 to 4.4 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Luozi ranked 11th out of 15 cities in Kongo-Central and 128th out of 186 in Democratic Republic of the Congo as of 2020.

While Sabir and شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد both built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, Luozi fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street additions. For the full network, Luozi fluctuated in connectivity, while Sabir became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards and شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Luozi had a more connected network than Sabir in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
