In new street additions, Sancti Spiritus built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Kagoro built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Ilkal fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Sancti Spiritus and Kagoro both became progressively more disconnected, while Ilkal fluctuated in connectivity. Notably, Sancti Spiritus had a more sprawly network than Ilkal in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
