In new street additions, Korhogo and Tokushima both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Hai'an built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Korhogo and Tokushima both became progressively more disconnected, while Hai'an grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Korhogo and Tokushima have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
