The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Issia plotted against Sassandra-Marahoué and Côte d'Ivoire. The SNDi of new construction in Issia rose steadily, compared to Sassandra-Marahoué which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Côte d'Ivoire which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Issia's incremental SNDi rose from 2.28 to 3.09 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Issia ranked 4th out of 7 cities in Sassandra-Marahoué and 10th out of 39 in Côte d'Ivoire as of 2020.

In new street additions, Issia and Paralakhemundi both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Panji built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Issia and Paralakhemundi both became progressively more disconnected, while Panji became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Issia and Panji have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
