The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Man plotted against Montagnes and Côte d'Ivoire. The SNDi of new construction in Man rose steadily, compared to Montagnes which rose steadily and Côte d'Ivoire which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Man's incremental SNDi rose from 5.31 to 6.46 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Man ranked 4th out of 4 cities in Montagnes and 38th out of 39 in Côte d'Ivoire as of 2020.

In new street additions, Man built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Bizerte fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Firozkoh built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Man and Bizerte both became progressively more disconnected, while Firozkoh became progressively more connected. Man and Firozkoh have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
