What about similarly populated cities?
Maicao, Epe, and Kamrej all fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street construction. Looking at the full network, Epe and Kamrej both became progressively more disconnected, while Maicao grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Maicao and Epe have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
