In new street additions, Hacienda Río Blanco and Yangoji both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Zhangjiawan built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Hacienda Río Blanco fluctuated in connectivity, while Zhangjiawan became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards and Yangoji became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Hacienda Río Blanco had a more connected network than Zhangjiawan in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
