In new street additions, Pengzhou built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Cannes built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Chita fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Pengzhou and Cannes both became progressively more disconnected, while Chita became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Notably, Pengzhou had a more connected network than Chita in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
