The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Liaozhong plotted against Liaoning and China. The SNDi of new construction in Liaozhong followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Liaoning which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and China which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Liaozhong's incremental SNDi fell from 3.21 to 2.46 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020.
