In new street additions, Xiangdong and Jizhou both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Wakema built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Looking at the full network, Jizhou and Wakema both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Xiangdong fluctuated in connectivity.
