The SNDi of new construction in Huaiyin District peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Jiangsu which peaked in 1976-1990 and China which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Huaiyin District and Brisbane both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Amritsar built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Brisbane and Amritsar both became progressively more disconnected, while Huaiyin District fluctuated in connectivity. Huaiyin District and Brisbane have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
