In new street additions, Taoyuan and San Carlos de Bariloche both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Moatize fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. Looking at the full network, San Carlos de Bariloche and Moatize both became progressively more disconnected, while Taoyuan grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Taoyuan had a more sprawly network than Moatize in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
