In new street additions, Xishui County built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Chipata built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Omoku built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Looking at the full network, Chipata and Omoku both became progressively more disconnected, while Xishui County grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved.
