The SNDi of new construction in Yichun peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Heilongjiang which peaked in 1976-1990 and China which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Yichun's incremental SNDi fell from 3.85 to 3.4 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Yichun built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Macenta built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Shangcheng fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Yichun became progressively more disconnected, while Macenta grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Shangcheng fluctuated in connectivity. Yichun and Macenta have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
